Our founder and head chef, Marco Canora, had the pleasure of speaking with New York Times bestselling author Tim Ferriss on a subject that they’re both passionate about: food and nutrition. This is not a new prodcast episode but if you haven’t listened to it, you’ll definitely want to!
Tim Ferriss: Bestselling Author and Nutrition Nerd
For some background, Ferriss is best known for his book The 4-Hour Workweek. He shares his secrets to productivity and getting the most out of life in this captivating read. Riding on the success of this book, Ferriss decided to write two other bestselling books, The 4-Hour Body and The 4-Hour Chef. A major aspect of The 4-Hour Body is the Slow Carb Diet which Ferriss designed to burn fat. It boils down to mostly staying away from grains and starchy vegetables. However there is no calorie counting involved. Bone broth fits very well into this diet especially since it’s a good source of protein and zero carbs.
