An Immune-Boosting Broth Breakfast!

This immune-boosting broth breakfast is our favorite way to start the day. It’s easy, delicious, and great for you. Here are a few reasons you should skip the common sugar-bomb breakfast items like granola, muffins, bagels, and yogurt and opt for a Brodo broth breakfast instead.

Here’s how to make this delicious immune-boosting broth breakfast:

12 fl oz Brodo Hearth Broth
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp freshly grated turmeric
1 pinch of cracked black pepper
1 wedge of lemon
1 egg yolk, run egg under warm water first.

1. Add ginger, turmeric, egg yolk, and pepper to a container (a tall container would be best, as you will be blending!).
2. Bring broth to a boil.
3. Add broth little by little (to temper the egg yolk) to the container. Blend with a hand blender as you go.
4. Squeeze lemon wedge into a mug, pour the blended broth in, and enjoy!
