I use Hearth to make soup, in place of water when cooking grains, to sauté whatever, and just as a snack!

I was really pleased with the Hearth Broth. I originally purchased it a few years ago when it came frozen and I loved it. The second time I purchased it the packaging had changed to a shelf stable version, but it seemed to have an after taste to me. That was a couple of years ago. I just purchased some again, and am pleased to say that it is once again delicious with no after taste. I will be buying this again.

The only problem is my shipment came with two leaky bags and was a bit messy. What a waste of wonderful broth!! 4 stars only because of damage to shipment. Brother is definitely 5 stars
