If you love our Deeply Rooted Brodo, you’ll love our Carrot Ginger Brodo Smoothie. The warming ginger and turmeric meet the subtle sweetness from the root vegetables for a delicious and nourishing meal.
Any Brodo base broth would also work deliciously.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced raw carrot
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced golden beet
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced sweet potato
- 1/2 inch nub of fresh ginger (or 1 tsp dried powder)
- 1/2 inch nub fresh turmeric ( or 1 tsp dried powder)
- 1T ghee
- 2 pouches Brodo (we prefer Deeply Rooted )
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pot
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat with a lid
- Blend while hot.
