If you love our Deeply Rooted Brodo, you’ll love our Carrot Ginger Brodo Smoothie. The warming ginger and turmeric meet the subtle sweetness from the root vegetables for a delicious and nourishing meal.

Any Brodo base broth would also work deliciously.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced raw carrot
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced golden beet
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sweet potato
  • 1/2 inch nub of fresh ginger (or 1 tsp dried powder)
  • 1/2 inch nub fresh turmeric ( or 1 tsp dried powder)
  • 1T ghee
  • 2 pouches Brodo (we prefer Deeply Rooted  )

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat with a lid
  3. Blend while hot.
