If you have just three ingredients and five minutes, you can eat this delicious pastina in Brodo for lunch! You can make easily make this recipe between meetings, on a commercial break, or even at the campsite. It’s meant to be ridiculously easy and fast, yet still nutrient-dense and nourishing.

You can add a multitude of extra ingredients to make this pastina in Brodo fancy. Try a pat of grassfed butter, a beaten egg, a small handful of kale, a heavy dusting of Parmigiano-Reggiano, or whatever you have in the fridge. Just do not give into temptation to take more than 5 minutes to make this dish. That’s part of the fun!

Any flavor of Brodo would work beautifully, but we prefer Spicy Nonna or Hearth. If you don’t have pastina in your pantry. you can just as easily use couscous or orzo pasta.
