Bottomless coffee, a handful of chips, nightly ice cream, and the extra glass of wine are playing a big role in many quarantine realities.  But is there another way we can cope?  A way that isn’t an hourly trip to the pantry? We think so…it’s called a bone broth drink.  Pair Brodo with a few nutritious friends and you’ve got yourself a bone broth drink.  It’s an indulgent, but good for you, treat.

It’s simple, straight-forward, and we’re always in the mood for it.

makes one 10 oz drink
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, pulverized in a mortar and pestle
-1 wedge of lemon
-9 oz Brodo Chicken Broth (or your choice)

Pour warm broth over parsley. Squeeze in lemon. Stir and enjoy.


The Gilligan will make you feel like you’re on a (healthy) vacation.  This is one of our favorites for the warmer months.  It’s flavorful, yet light.

makes one 10 oz drink
-1 tsp freshly grated ginger
-1 wedge of lime
-1 oz coconut milk
-9 oz Brodo Chicken Broth (or your choice)

Pour warm broth over ginger and coconut milk.  Squeeze in lime. Stir and enjoy.


If you like turmeric this the drink for you.  It’s a great immunity boost and it’s vibrant yellow hue is an instant mood lifter.

-1 heaping teaspoon of Freshly Grated Turmeric
-1/2 oz Ginger Juice
-9 oz Brodo Hearth Broth

Mix ginger juice and turmeric. Pour warm broth over.  Stir and enjoy.
